A couple of cooks that have worked their way through the restaurant industry, finally found a home in Bozeman. As chefs, we always pay very close attention to where our products come from and want to highlight local purveyors. At our shop, we make Montana the star of the show. After being an Executive Chef for many years, Jeremy brings his culinary knowledge to our production. He has always had a passion for butchery and wants to bring the old-school butcher shop back to Bozeman.
