Ingredients: beef tenderloin, mushroom duxelle (mushrooms, onions, parsley, pepper, salt, butter), ham, puff pastry, dijon mustard

Cooking Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator for a minimum of 24 hours, Pre-heat oven to 425* with high fan. Roast in oven until deep brown color (about 20 minutes). Drop oven temperature to 200*.
